individual songs for sale with iTunes then you will need
to supply them the ISRC number for each song. Additionally, if you want to participate in the Billboard Charts, your sales must be tracked in the SoundScan system. SoundScan requires you to have a UPC number to record your album’s performance. Audio Singles may be tracked via SoundScan for the purpose of Billboard charting by also acquiring an ISRC (International Standard Recording Code). |
